This curved blade paring knife is just the right size for zesting citrus, peeling a pear, de-veining shrimp or other tight tasks a recipe requests of you. Don't be fooled by its size; this small knife is one of the most difficult for Master Shin to produce.

 Hand-forged & hand-hammered in South Korea by Master Shin In-Young

Handling & care:

  • Do not cut frozen food
  • Sharpen with wet stone not sharpening steel
  • Do not use on very hard surfaces, wooden cutting boards are good
  • Do not put into dishwasher
  • If knife gets stuck while using, pull it out vertically and not side-ways
