Returns + Refunds

Can I return or refund
my order?

Yes! If you are unhappy with your order you can return it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The items have to be in a suitable,
re-saleable condition and include all original packaging.

How do I return
the items?

Email at teaandkate@live.com with your order number and the item(s) you will be returning. You can return the item(s) to us at 10a Victoria Street, Felixstowe, IP117HU. Returns are at customers' own expenses.
We recommend using a tracked service.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your parcel we will process your refund which will be returned to the the original purchaser’s credit or debit card, (excluding delivery costs) within 7 working days. Customers will receive an email with confirmation of
the refund.

How can I exchange my order?

Email us at teaandkate@live.com regarding what product(s) you are sending back and what you would like to exchange for. If the exchange is over the original order amount we will send an invoice for the difference, and if it is under we will refund the difference. The postage for the returned products and the exchange delivery are at the customers expense.

Can I return a made to order item?

If you have ordered furniture or lighting that had to be made to order we cannot accept a return or an exchange.

Can I return Vintage or Ex-Display?

No. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Vintage or Ex-Display items.

Can I return my Online Order in store?

Yes. If you bring the items into store with your order number we can return the items. We can only return through our e-commerce system. We cannot refund via cash or through card. You will receive the money from the original credit or debit card.

My order has arrived damaged what do I do?

We always strive to ensure our packaging is to the highest quality and use Royal Mail as our trusted postal service. However we know that accidents do occur in transit. Please contact us at teaandkate@live.com to arrange the refund or exchange process.

It has been over 14 days, can I still get a refund?

After 14 days of receiving your order you can no longer receive a refund, after this time we can only exchange or issue gift vouchers.
