How much is furniture delivery?

Due to the vast range of furniture products we provide you with a custom quote for delivery costs. Please contact us at teaandkate@live.com. We always ensure to bring you the best and most affordable delivery cost that is suited to you and your order.

How do I order furniture?

You can order furniture via our website by adding the product to the cart. However, if you would like to place your order via email or telephone you can contact us on 01394 276189 or at teaandkate@live.com

How long does furniture take to arrive?

On the product page you will see the lead time for the furniture. Once you have placed your order we will confirm the lead time as certain times of year and the impact of Covid-19 has increased the lead time. Once it has arrived with us we will let you know and will discuss the quickest and most efficient delivery options.

Do you price match?

Yes! We always price match on furniture to ensure we bring you the best possible price that is available. Exceptions may apply - if the quote is from a business not based in the UK, on a marketplace site such as eBay, part of a clearance, end of line or ex-display sale or is erroneously priced. Please contact us at teaandkate@live.com for more information.

Can I order samples?

Yes. You can order samples. Please email us with what samples you would like to receive and we will email over an invoice for payment and the lead time on the sample order.

Can I return my furniture order?

Unfortunately we cannot except any returns on furniture unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

I have seen a product variant which isn't on your website?

To make shopping easier we have only included a selection of variants for each product as many have many different options that it can be overwhelming. We have access to all the possible variants so please email us with what you're looking for and we can help!

I have seen a product by one of the brands you stock but that product isn't online?

We have access to the entire furniture ranges from our brands. So please contact us if you have seen something by the particular brand that is not on our site.

I'm looking for a (sofa, table, storage solution) could you please advise me about your range?

If you cannot find what you're looking for us please email us at teaandkate@live.com with a brief of what you're looking for, your price range and the dimensions of the space. If you would like to send us your moodboard or ideas please do! We will then create a custom brief pdf to send to you with different options and ideas of what might work.

I'm interested in one of your pieces that needs configuration can you help?

We can help! If you are looking for furniture that needs to be configured like the String Shelves, Modular Sofas or any other item please email us at teaandkate@live.com with a brief of what you're looking for and the dimensions of the space. We will the configure the item and send you different options of how it could be configured.

Do you have furniture in your show room that I can see?

Yes! We are always changing our displays in our shop. Of course we cannot unfortunately display all our items so follow us on Instagram @teaandkate to see what we currently have in our shop.

Do you have ex-display furniture items?

As we are always changing our shop display we do have some ex display items available. These will be shown on our website with 'Ex-Display' in the title. Please note that the condition of these items are in the description. These items cannot be returned.
