What payments do you accept?

We accept all major payments; Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Shop pay.

How do I know my order has gone through?

You will receive an email to let you know your order has been placed.

Can I add items to my order once it has been placed?

Once you have placed your order unfortunately you cannot add more to your order. However, please place a new order and contact us as soon as possible, if we have not despatched your original order we will refund the second postage cost and send it as one despatchment.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the item has not been despatched. Please contact us as soon as possible, if your order has already been sent you will have to return it to us.

My order has arrived but it is incomplete?

Although it is rare sometimes we do experience stock errors and the item is no longer in stock. If this occurs we will email you to notify you and offer an exchange or refund on the item. If we cannot reach you we will send out your order with a note on the order form.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

We aim to despatch all of our orders from 1-3 days. On the rare occasion where we have to order the product, or for furniture or lighting orders we will email you with the lead time. You will be notified with the tracking number once your order has been despatched.

How can I see my order history?

You can view your order history by logging into your account.

How do I use a promo code?

You can enter the promo code in checkout. Your promo code can not be applied with any other discounts or sale items.

How much is delivery?

Delivery for the UK is:

Large / Heavy Duty: £7.95

Medium Parcel: £6.95

Small Parcel: £4.95

Letter: £1.95

This will be calculated at checkout. Please note due to the vast range of products in our store we cannot always accurately calculate shipping at checkout. Although this is a rare occurrence, if your parcel is overweight / extra large we will contact you. We always use the most affordable option whilst ensuring your parcel arrives quickly and in the best condition.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once it has been despatched you will receive a tracking number which you can then use.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Once they have been despatched they will be with you from 1-5 days.

How do I know when my order has been despatched?

We will notify you once your order has been despatched. You will receive an email.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes. Just enter Collect in store at checkout, this will deduct the postage cost of your order.

Do you offer next day delivery?

At the moment we currently do not offer next day delivery.

It says my order has been despatched but it has not arrived?

If you have received a despatch email, please use the tracking number to locate your parcel.

Can I use products for a press editorial?

A product I want is out of stock will it be back in?

We have some products which we will continue to restock, however some products change seasonly. If you would like to enquire about a product or order one in advance please email us at teaandkate@live.com

The product I have ordered looks slightly different to the image online?

Due to some photography and lighting the colours in the image may vary slightly, many of our products are also handmade and will be unique as they are specially crafted!

Do you offer press / trade discount?

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. You can find our gift cards here. They can be used online or in store. When you purchase a gift card you will receive an email with a unique code with the requested amount.

Do you offer gift wrap?

At this moment we are not offering gift wrap. However, we always take care with our parcels and ensure when you receive your order it looks great.

When is your shop open?

Our Shop is open 10-3 on Wednesday to Saturday. However, as we are a small independent business we don't have back up staff so on the rare occasion we may be ill or have family priorities we may be closed. If you are travelling from far please give us a call to confirm.

How do I get to your shop?

You can find us at 10a Victoria Street, Felixstowe, IP11 7ER. Follow the A14 all the way to Felixstowe, we are located at the bottom of the high street, five minutes away from the sea.

Is there parking?

We have parking for hour opposite the shop or there is a pay and display car park around the corner.

Are all the items online available in the shop?

No. Although we dream of having a large department store (one day!). We can only fit so much in at a time which is why we are always changing around our displays. If you are looking for something in particular please let us know and we can bring it into the store so you can see it in person.

I'm coming down to Felixstowe to visit
what is the town like?

Felixstowe is a small sleepy seaside port town with lots to offer. Lots of new shops are popping up along our high street and the sea is on our doorstep. We like to think of Felixstowe as the little secret gem of Suffolk.

We can accept card or cash payments in-store. However, due to Covid-19 we are recommending all customers only use contactless or card.
