In 1969, Toyo Steel made the world’s first seamless steel toolbox in Osaka. More than fifty years on, they still make them the same way — simple, sturdy, and quietly beautiful.

The T-360 is the trunk-style box in Toyo’s range: flat-topped, with a comfortable rounded handle and two secure latches that close with a satisfying click. It can be locked with a 4mm padlock — or two — for added peace of mind. At 36 cm, it’s the smallest size in the range that fits a 30 cm sashigane square, which makes it a favourite with those who know.
