The Palissade chair of HAY was designed by the brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec and it is a functional as well as aesthetic piece of furniture for outdoor use. The seat arranged in tubes lets rain drain easily for the chair to be able to remain outside even when the weather is bad. The graphical appearance of the chair is enhanced by the curved lines and a simple design.

There are no limits to the usage possibilities. Whether you're on the balcony, in the garden or in public cafés: the Palissade chair emphasizes every outside area easily.

The chair is a modern alternative to the traditional wooden garden furniture made of powder-coated steel. Despite of the robust material, the chair is also comfortable without cushions thanks to the excellent ergonomic design - both in the garden and in a café and other public areas.
