Use this extra hot version of White Mausu’s best-selling peanut rayu to spice up stir-fries, sauces and scrambled eggs. To their original blend of roasted peanuts, sesame and gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes), they have added chilli d’arbol for an extra boost of mouth-tingling heat. Agave adds mellow sweetness to balance the rich, savoury notes of tamari and crunchy fried garlic.
This fiery, nutty condiment is a great addition to rice bowls, noodle dishes, sandwiches and Asian-inspired salad dressings. If you’re trying to eat more vegetables, this peanut rayu will add spicy, umami flavour to crunchy coleslaw and roasted root vegetables. Try drizzling it over steamed dumplings or mix it with mayonnaise for dipping fries and pizza.

Originally Inspired by Japanese taberu rãyu our sauces like us are a bit of a mish-mash between different regions, cultures and countries. We have a lot of passion for the subtle flavours of Japan but love to introduce the big banging tastes from China and Korea.
