Georgina Lorton ceramic scallop bowl 22cm
The Art of Ceramics was founded by Georgina 4 years ago. She spent 2 decades working as a textile designer and then as an Art Teacher. Around 10 years ago, she made a large ceramic bowl which has since moved around various homes with her. The bowl was out on a table when a friend came for dinner 5 years ago who said she loved it can Georgina please make her one! Georgina signed onto a course and though she tried many times she couldn’t replicate the glazes in the bowl however something magical happened in the process of trying and she hasn’t stopped making ceramics since….
