Our award-winning Conchigliette, is the Queen of versatility from soups to salads and everything in between. Little jewels of pasta perfection. Crafted consciously using traditional Italians methods and with our beautiful British spelt; Northern Pasta Conchigliette is unbeatably delicious.

We craft all Northern Pasta at our small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, with our signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelt. We use Bronze Dies to give our pasta it's incredible texture & dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavour & take care of the high-quality ingredients we use.
