Letterpress archive box to store all of your favourite recipes. Inspired by the below stairs & kitchen garden storage containers and stationary used in large country houses which were always functional and simple, but often very beautiful.
The box is made from a sturdy 70% recycled card that has been handprinted, then handstitched with copper staples. The box comes with a set of four cress-coloured tabbed dividers to organise and sort your recipes along with 24 recipe cards.
The box is typeset in Baskerville, a typeface designed by John Baskerville in Birmingham around 1750. The whole set has been handprinted on a restored Victorian treadle printing press, using linseed oil ink.
