HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

I HAVE A PROMO CODE HOW DO I USE IT?

To redeem your promotion simply enter your promo code in at checkout in the 'Promo Code' box.

If your promo code is not working, firstly make sure that it is entered correctly, and if it still isn't working it may be exprired or doesn't apply to your order.

Promo codes can only be used once per customer and only one promo code may be applied to your order.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No. You can check out as a guest. But if you set up an account we will hold your billing and delivery details to make shopping easier next time. You can update your details at any time.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

HOW DO I JOIN THE NEWSLETTER

By joining our newsletter you will be the first to receive our lastest news, offers and sales.

To join simply enter your email in the box in the footer of our site, if you have placed an order with us your email will automatically sign up to our newsletter.

If you wish to stop receiving our newsletter simply click 'unsubscribe' at the footer of one of our newsletter emails.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD & HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Yes our gift cards range from £10 to £200. You can purchase a gift card here.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

You can also purchase Gift Cards instore, you will receive a unique code which can be applied at checkout or redeemed instore.

If you purchased a gift card online and wish to use it instore simply bring along your email or your code supplied in your gift card email.

WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

Some of our items are one offs, unique, or part of a limited collection which means we may not get them back in stock.

However if you would like to know if the product you're looking for is going to be back in stock, let us know via email or phone and we may even be able to add it onto our next order.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF I PRE ORDER AN ITEM?

If you have pre-ordered an item, the aprox time of release will be stated in the product description.

If we are expecting the pre-order item soon we will delay your delivery and send your item out in one despatchment, if your pre-order time is longer we will send out your order in more than one despatchment.
