DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Good news! We ship worldwide. Currently our checkout only allows a 'UK' postage option however if you enter your shipping address at checkout we can send an invoice with the additional shipping charges or if preferable contact us here with details of your order and the shipping destination and we can send an invoice for the total amount including shipping charges. Rest assured its much simpler than it sounds!
Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the EU.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We aim to provide our customers with the very best possible service and process and dispatch standard orders in 1-2 days although at busy periods like christmas please allow a couple of days extra! Larger items we send using our trusted courier service and dispatch within 3 days.
We do not charge extra for packaging and where possible we recycle all the packaging we receive... trying to do our bit for the environment.

£10-£20.00 - £4.95
£20.01-£75 - £6.95
£75.01 and up - £8.95

I NEED MY ORDER TO ARRIVE TOMMOROW / ASAP
Our system automatically makes all order 2nd delivery, we will soon be adding the option for faster delivery on our checkout system.
If you would like faster deliveries let us know via email or phone, we will then calculate the postage for 24hr/48hr delivery and send you an invoice for the extra cost and we will alert our despatch team to send you parcel out as soon as possible!
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED WHAT DO I DO?
Don't worry, all of our parcels are sent recorded so we always know where they are. If you order has not arrived please give us a call on 01394276189 or email us, quoting your order number and we will then give you your tracking number which locates your parcel.
WHEN WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Once you place your order you will recieve a confirmation email to let you know we've recieved your order, we will then send you another email to let you know your delivery is on the way!
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Of couse! If you wish to collect your order from our studio just enter 'Felixstowe' in the promo code box at checkout.
